We rotate physical education and music education on an every other day schedule.

1st Grade students have jogging every day from 10:00 - 10:15!  WEAR SHOES THAT YOU CAN EASILY WALK/JOG IN.

BE A POSITIVE ROLL MODEL!!

*Love yourself for who you are.  :)  No one is perfect.
*Lead an active healthy lifestyle, everyday.

1.  Eat a variety of foods,
    especially fruits and  
    vegetables.
