School History
|
| East Elementary was built in 1956. A kitchen and classrooms were added in 1965, addition of classrooms in 1969, and additions of classrooms, office, teachers lounge, expanded kitchen and library in 1999. East Elementary serves grades two and three. We currently have two hundred fifty - four students, twenty-three certified staff and fifteen support staff members. Former Principals at East Elementary include Mr. Terry McCarty, Mr. Tom Gage, Ms. Mary Page, Ms. Susan Hooper, and Mr. Floyd (Bud) Lamke. |
