Ms. Koebelen joined the faculty in 1990.  She teaches 6th grade exploratory and 7th and 8th grade art.  Ms. Koebelen received her B.A. and M.Ed. in Art from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.  In 2004, she became a National Board Certified Teacher.
